Gwen's Transformation

I learned to be gentle with myself. I would get angry at myself for negative thinking, and I learned to just notice it, let it be, and calmly let it go without judgment. That was a big learning for me

Heather's Transformation

When Heather started working with me, her attention wasn’t longer than a couple of minutes, and she was struggling with waking up in the middle of the night with catastrophizing thoughts that kept her from getting back to sleep. Now she can stay focused for at least 15 minutes at a time. If she wakes up in the middle of the night, she just chuckles and goes back to sleep within 10 minutes. The habitual stress response is no longer interfering with her attention or her sleep.

Corporate Speaking & Menopause Inclusive Workplaces

Too many high-achieving women are silently scaling back, stepping down, or stepping out entirely during perimenopause. Not because they’ve lost their ambition, but because they’ve lost their support. I collaborate with organizations to offer customized lunch & learns, interactive educational workshops, as well as stress reduction and wellness programs that equip organizations to build menopause-inclusive workplaces where experienced women are supported, valued, and empowered to stay engaged.

Kind Words From Previous Participants

Sharon Pendlington gave me a completely new way of looking at a sleep issue I’d been dealing with for years through menopause.

Her approach is exceptional. She’s calm, kind, patient, and very easy to talk to, while also being structured, focused, and results-oriented. She keeps you accountable in a way that feels supportive, not pressured.

What really stood out is that she goes much deeper than the typical tips you hear everywhere. This wasn’t about sleep “hacks.” She helped me understand how my own behaviours and thinking patterns were affecting my sleep, which was a meaningful shift.

I didn’t just walk away with advice. I now have a practical toolbox I actually use and trust, and it works. For the first time in a long time, my sleep feels manageable and back within my control.

As a bonus, I came away with new insight into my own patterns and thinking, the things that were quietly getting in the way in other areas of my life, and that I can now shift.
Month after month, I kept hoping that this next month would be better. Maybe I hadn't slept enough, or I didn't drink enough water. Maybe if I hadn't eaten that cookie, or maybe I needed more protein, I would feel better. These were the thoughts that kept running through my mind when month after month, I experienced intense fatigue, depression that hit me out of nowhere for a few days, mild anxiety for no apparent reason, migraines, leg fatigue, nausea, trouble falling asleep and waking up feeling like I had been hit by a truck in the middle of the night. I experienced all of these symptoms plus others at some point every month for 3 weeks out of the month. I knew that I couldn't continue living like this and something had to change.

These symptoms were affecting my life in so many ways. I couldn't work out consistently because of how terrible I often felt. There was no healthy rhythm to my life. It was a struggle to get out of bed many days, and to find the energy to complete the work that was on my plate each day. My patience wore thin which is a terrible feeling when you strive to be a patient, loving mom and wife. I knew I needed to try and get my old self back because this wasn't who I was.

After taking natural supplements to support my liver and adrenals, and boost my progesterone levels, I started noticing changes. These supplements began to reduce things like exhaustion, mood changes, migraines...basically everything I stated above is gone! Because of everything levelling out, I've been able to exercise regularly again and being a former professional athlete, I love training, playing sports and being active. I am also able to do the things I need to get done each day, as well as the things I want to do. I have so much energy now, and I am so much more productive now!

My husband says that he feels like I'm back to the girl he married 10 years ago, and I feel the same way. I"m very thankful to Sharon for putting me on this path of better health and wellness! She was a huge support and is so caring. She listened to everything I was struggling with and was able to help find me solutions. Her caring demeanour, and her breadth of knowledge is a blessing and I'm thankful for her getting the 'old me' back!
Practicing meditation is something I have been wanting to practice for a long time but never felt I could get into a habit of practicing. It is still a challenge but with the different options you showed us, I feel I can do some sort of practice even if it is a short one! Thank you again for the time you shared with us and the tools I have learned which will help me on this journey to bringing more awareness, grounding, peace and insight into my life
I feel so much more resilient in my daily life; more accepting of difficult experiences, as well as pleasant ones! You are a wonderful teacher who supports a safe and honoring place for class participants
The biggest take away for me was learning what "resourcing" is. I am someone who overloads my plate with things to do; the more I can juggle, the more productive I am. This mindframe keeps us in a state of "stretch" verging on "overwhelm" and we can only be stretched so far before we snap, burnout, or break down
